How it actually works.

The agent runs on a Mac in your office — or one I provide — with cloud on request. It connects straight to the tools you already use: email, calendar, documents, accounting. Reach it on WhatsApp, Telegram or Slack. Your data stays on your machine.

  • On your hardware — A Mac mini under the desk, or a server in the rack. The model subscription is in your name, on your key. If I get hit by a bus, your assistant keeps running.
  • Talks where you talk — Reach it on WhatsApp, Telegram or Slack — wherever your team already talks. Telegram supergroups give you a clean topic per project; WhatsApp and Slack work just as well.
  • Long-term memory — Persistent memory across sessions. It remembers your last quote, your supplier list, the way you write to clients. Forgetful chatbots are not the goal.
  • Learns with you — Show it how you do something once or twice and it writes itself a reusable skill — so it gets faster and more capable every week, instead of staying a forgetful chatbot.
  • Plugged into your stack — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your CRM, your accounting — anything with an API gets connected on demand. Schedules, files, emails, all handled in one place.
  • Private & secure — No open ports to the outside world — the only way in is a private maintenance tunnel only I can use. Your data stays on your machine and is only ever sent to the AI provider you choose. Logins and API keys live in an encrypted vault; you hand them over once, safely, and they're never exposed.

I've worked inside big corporations and in small shops, and started and shipped a fair few products of my own. That gave me a broad sense of how things fit together: how to automate them, how to integrate them. AI accelerates all of it and builds neatly on top.
